Gas King provides the opportunity for corporations and individuals to apply for a charge card.
Convenient billing...
When you make a purchase, simply present your charge card at any of our convenient locations. Purchases will be added to your account and a statement will be printed at the end of each month and sent to you early the following month.
Easy payment options...
For your convenience, you may pay your account at any Gas King location, by mail or in person at our Head Office, using internet / telephone banking or at your financial institution.
Extended payment terms...
Our terms are: Net 25 days from statement of account.
Volume discounts...
Discounts are available to all corporate and personal account holders when using the Gas King Charge Card to make fuel purchases. They are offered when making gas, diesel and propane purchases and are based on volume. Discounts may fluctuate each month depending on your monthly litres purchased - the more fuel purchased using our charge card, the greater the savings. To receive the discount, your account must be paid in full within terms (some other restrictions may apply).
Purchase restrictions...
We can customize each charge card to restrict what will be charged to your account. We can also restrict what days of the week and times of day the cards can be used.
Invoice customization...
We can prompt the cashier to ask the cardholder for certain information at the time of purchase (PO number, odometer reading, vehicle ID, etc). This information will be printed on the invoice.
Collect rewards...
We can link your charge cards to your King Card or KickBack card. Once linked present only your charge card and you will still earn valuable King Card Rewards or KickBack points.
